Flexibility– we will work with you to achieve your dream home the way you see it. We have an extensive range of designs for an array of sites but we know that this still isn’t always going to be perfect for you. That’s why we offer a full custom offering. That doesn’t mean just moving a wall on one of our designs, it means a fully custom plan. Communication – we will be upfront and honest with your from the start, there are no hidden costs or nasty surprises when you build with Icon. Our staff are there to help and guide you through the process and ensure it’s an enjoyable one. Whether it’s in the sales, pre-construction or construction part of your journey you will have a dedicated team member to work with who knows everything about your dream home. Not only will you have your dedicated Site Supervisor there daily to ensure the standard of quality, two of our Directors are builders and still love the building site more than the boardroom. No builders build a home purely for awards, but it is nice for our whole team to be recognised for their hard work – we have now won the Master Builders Association of NSW Display Home of the Year for two years running – The Avora 34 in Warriewood won for 2020 and The Gurangai 35 in Beacon Hill was the winner in 2019, both of these homes were also recognised as finalists in the National awards. The Avora 34 is also the first Net Zero Display Home in NSW and was a finalist in this year’s National GreenSmart Awards.
