Maira and Nicola founded Elo Architecture in 2024 after more than six years working side by side at Cadence & Co, delivering high‑end residential projects across Sydney. Between them they bring decades of experience in design, documentation, and project delivery, and share a belief that architecture should be for everyone.

 Elo was born from a desire to create a studio that is deeply collaborative — with each other, our clients, and our consultants — and that keeps the design process clear, enjoyable, and personal.

Elo Architecture specialises in navigating council approvals, heritage constraints and challenging terrain across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore. We’re female‑led, warm and approachable, bringing wholehearted attention to every project.
