With more than six decades of combined experience in Australian banking and finance, Drew and Jodie Johnson bring a rare depth of expertise, integrity, and personal service to Johnson Capital Finance, a boutique mortgage and finance brokerage based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Their journey began at Westpac—Drew in 1989 and Jodie in 2000—where both built strong foundations across branch operations, customer service, and business banking. In 2005, they launched the Bank of Queensland Manly franchise, growing it from zero customers into a thriving, community-trusted branch over 20 years. Drew led the full spectrum of lending, from home and investment loans to commercial, SME, and equipment finance. Jodie served as the operational manager, overseeing staffing, training, compliance, customer care, and the coordination of complex banking solutions. Together, they became known for their clarity, reliability, and unwavering commitment to doing right by their clients.
Drew and Jodie transitioned their decades of experience into founding Johnson Capital Finance Pty Ltd. Their brokerage now supports clients on the Northern Beaches and across Australia with residential lending, investment finance, business and commercial lending, refinancing, restructuring, and strategic lending advice.
At the heart of the business is their shared philosophy: finance should feel personal, transparent, and stress-free. Drew brings deep lending expertise and a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most complex scenarios. Jodie ensures every client enjoys a seamless experience—from application to settlement, through meticulous organisation, clear communication, and genuine care.
Together, they deliver a level of service that blends big-bank knowledge with boutique-firm attention, helping clients make confident financial decisions and feel supported every step of the way.
